Welcome to “Catch-It” (the “Extension”), a Google Chrome extension developed by 8710031 Canada Inc., a Canadian company, with an address at 5885 Marc Chagall, Suite 1012, Montreal, Quebec, Canada H4W 0C1 (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing and using Catch-It, you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Extension.

By accessing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Extension by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Extension.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Extension, or your violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications to the Extension and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Extension (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use the Extension after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of Quebec, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
